Vista on Gessner Apartments Project Scope

We participated in a major renovation of a very large apartment complex in west Houston. All of the staircases, stair railings, and balcony railings were replaced. The new railings meet today’s Building Code. We coordinated our work with the concrete contractor. Our phase of the project started behind schedule, but we were able to complete the originally scheduled 16-month project in 10 months!
